Privacy Notice

Last updated: October 28, 2026

This notice explains how Massachusetts Avenue Puzzles (MAP) handles information submitted through our email-list signup form.

What we collect and why

We collect your email address so we can send occasional puzzle-release announcements and MAP news. We also record the date of your request and the version of the consent notice you accepted.

How signup works

Submitting the form adds the address to our list immediately. We do not verify that the person submitting the form owns the address.

Storage and service providers

Subscriber records are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database, and Cloudflare Turnstile helps us prevent automated abuse. Cloudflare may process limited technical information needed to provide and secure those services. Subscriber records are not available through any public website endpoint.

Retention and your choices

We keep active subscription records while you remain subscribed and may retain a limited suppression record after an unsubscribe request so that an address is not accidentally added again. To unsubscribe, request access, correct an address, or ask us to delete your information, email contact@massavepuzzles.com.
